4. Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The shoes are unworn
- The product is in original condition
- The original box and packaging are included
Items that show signs of wear or damage caused by the customer will not qualify for a return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
5. Refund Policy
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Customers must provide:
- Order number
- Photos of the product received
We will arrange a replacement or refund once the issue has been verified.
